Q: Can I cancel my order?
Sorry but no cancellations please especially if the orders are already secured.

As long as it's not yet packed, it's possible!
Q: Can I get a refund?
Most likely, yes.However, NO VIDEO, NO REFUND. Video should be unedited and clear.
Q: Can I request for payment extension?
Yes, strictly up to 1-3 days only
Otherwise, you will be posted as bogus buyer if failed to settle.
Q: Is it possible to lose my slot?
Yes, especially if we haven't heard back from you within 5 days
based from our last convo, it's automatically voided.

Q: Why is my order taking so long?
Normal ETA takes 1-2 months at max if no delays. We ask for your patience and understanding :)

Q: Do you have packaging fees (PF)?
Yes, we want to make sure that all of your orders will arrive to you safely. PF ranges PHP 15-50 depending on the size and weight.
We use the ff materials: toploader, opp plastic, corrugated box & bubblewrap.
It's already included when checking out on Shopee link that we provided but if you opt for SDD/GGX app, it'll be a separate transaction.
